4K & Kindergarten Families: Coffee & Pastries with Principal Lawler on September 2nd
4K and Kindergarten families - After you drop your child off on their first day of school please stay and socialize if you are able. Principal Lawler and CAPT members will be socializing and bringing some coffee & pastries. We know this day is both exciting and stressful for families. We hope spending some time getting to know some more adults in the Crestwood community will help alleviate some of that stress!

If you ordered School Tool Box with school delivery, Kim Huff and her volunteer team will organize and deliver your scholar’s supplies to their teacher.

MMSD Online Enrollment & School Directory
MMSD Online Enrollment & School Directory
This year’s enrollment is still open! When enrolling, be sure to check that you would like your contact info included in the school directory (if that is the case!). Note that directory info is not posted online. A CAPT volunteer compiles that information into a paper directory that is sent home to Crestwood families. This directory has been helpful for families trying to connect for birthday parties and play dates.

Welcome Back, Crestwood Staff!
The dedicated Crestwood staff are back in the building this week. We gave them a hearty welcome back breakfast this morning (August 25) to share our gratitude for having them back after a deserved summer break. Many thanks to Megan Branch for coordinating, and to all volunteers for contributing your time and sentiments for a warm welcome back.
If you haven’t checked already, your scholar’s teacher is posted in your Infinite Campus portal. You likely also received an email from your teacher with an invitation to schedule a “Ready, Set, Goal” Meeting before school starts next week!

Crestwood Back-to-School Night is Coming!
We're excited to welcome you and your scholar(s) to our Back-to-School Night! This event is a great opportunity to:
Connect with Crestwood staff and families
Build open lines of communication
Establish new relationships
Explore resources to support your scholar's success this school year.
Scholars are encouraged to attend with their families and should remain with a family member throughout the evening. The building will be open for you to visit information tables, explore classrooms (including specials), and meet with administration, student services, and teaching staff.
This is YOUR night - feel free to stay for as little or as long as you would like. Come explore, connect, and get comfortable in your school community!
