2024-25 Volunteer Signup. Here you’ll find a list of opportunities big and small, in bite-sized pieces across the year, or bigger commitments confined to a short part of the calendar, including ways to help both in-person or remotely.
If there are insufficient volunteers to help plan the events, we will not be able to hold them!
Cricket Dash: We are currently looking for another 1-2 volunteers to help coordinate the Cricket Dash on Thursday October 10th (12 pm - 3 pm). You do not need to be able to attend the day of the event to help coordinate! If you are interested in volunteering please email karengibson@crestwoodcapt.us.
Birthday Books: CAPT provides each student a free book of their choosing through our Birthday Books program! The books are distributed by volunteers each Friday of the school year during soft landing (8:15 - 8:45 am). Please sign up and make a child’s birthday even more special! You must be an MMSD approved volunteer to participate.
More resources for volunteers: If you’re not sure what’s entailed with a particular task or event, you can check the “logistics” document, which details everything from purpose and scope, to budget, to-do lists, pre-made signups, and editable flyers. Contact president@crestwoodcapt.us if you have any questions about volunteer roles.
