2021 Lantern Walk

Join us as we celebrate the coming winter season at our annual Lantern Walk, Wednesday, December 8th from 6:00-7:00 PM. We'll enjoy a lantern-lit walk through the quiet stillness of our school forest, followed by a story at our outdoor stage, and apple cider donuts. The children have been making lanterns during art class. Lanterns have already been sent home with the students, and battery tea lights will be sent home this week. Please remember to bring them to the event (or another lantern or flashlight from your home). Please meet at the back of the school at the entrance to the school forest. Masks are required at this event.

We are looking for 3-4 parent volunteers who can help point families to the pre-walk meeting area. We are also looking for a parent with musical ability who can lead the group in singing some songs prior to Mr. B's reading of his lantern story. Crestwood Holiday Gifting

The season of giving is upon us! Crestwood has put together a list of gifts, from clothes to toys to gift cards, for families in need. Many gift ideas have already been filled, so act quickly! Collection of gifts at Crestwood will be outside of door 6 (big parking lot) on Friday, December 10th and Monday, December 13th during school hours until 3:30 PM.

In addition to the gifts on the link below, donations of coats, hats, gloves/mittens, and other winter gear . These can be left on the table at the front entrance of Crestwood, to the attention of Jenni Onken, any time during school hours from December 2nd - December 14th.
